Privacy Statement

SRCE pays special attention to protecting the privacy of its users. Our Privacy policy is available on the website at http://www.srce.unizg.hr/en/privacy-policy/.

SRCE collects and processes personal data of CIX members authorised administrative personnel (hereinafter: CIX authorised personnel members) in accordance with provisions of Article 15 and 17 of CIX Policy. The following personal data are collected: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, IP address and time of access to the public CIX web.

Personal data of authorised administrative personnel is collected in order to enable carrying out administrative tasks related to the CIX service.

Collected personal data shall not be used for other purposes or forwarded to third parties.

Srce is collecting and processing personal data of CIX authorized personnel members as the necessary precondition for exercising the rights and obligations of the “Agreement on Membership and Use of the CIX Service”, which shall be concluded based on the CIX Policy.

SRCE shall keep the personal data of service users for the duration of user relationship between SRCE and CIX member as well as for 24 months after the termination of that relationship.

The service user whose personal data is collected by SRCE for the purposes of this service, under conditions from General Data Protection Regulation, shall be entitled to access personal data collected by SRCE, the right to be forgotten, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to rectification of personal data via available information services if they are incorrect or have been modified.
